Terms of Service

1. Grant of License

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Sysreset grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes for the duration of your active subscription or, for lifetime plans, for as long as the Software is offered.

No ownership rights are transferred. All intellectual property in and to the Software, including source code, binaries, trademarks, and design assets, remains the exclusive property of Sysreset.

2. Licenses and Keys

• Each license key is personal to the User who purchased it and is bound to a single hardware identity (HWID).
• A limited number of HWID resets are permitted per key. Once exhausted, additional resets are at our sole discretion.
• Duration plans (e.g. 14 Days, 1 Month, 3 Months) begin counting from the moment the key is first activated by the Software, not from the moment of purchase.
• Lifetime plans remain valid for as long as the Software is offered by Sysreset. We do not guarantee any minimum lifetime duration.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Install and use the Software on your own hardware, tied to your HWID
• Request a HWID reset through the appropriate channel within your allowance
• Contact us via Discord for support during your active license period

4. Prohibited Use

You may not, and may not permit any third party to, engage in any of the following. Doing so is a material breach of this Terms and grounds for immediate termination without refund.

4.1 Sharing, reselling, or transferring keys

License keys are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, lend, share, or otherwise distribute your license key or account credentials to any other person.

4.2 Reverse engineering

You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, unpack, patch, translate, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or protection mechanisms of the Software. You may not modify or create derivative works of the Software.

4.3 Public disclosure of logs, dumps, or binaries

You may not publicly post, share, mirror, upload, or leak any Software binaries, memory dumps, network captures, console logs, error output, or any other artifact produced by or extracted from the Software. This includes public forums, Discord servers other than ours, GitHub, pastebins, video platforms, and any similar venue.

4.4 Use on accounts you do not own

You may only use the Software on gaming accounts that belong to you and that you are lawfully entitled to access. Using the Software to boost, unlock, or otherwise access accounts owned by other people, whether paid or unpaid, is strictly prohibited.

4.5 Chargebacks and payment disputes

Filing a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute of any kind with your payment provider or bank in connection with a Sysreset purchase constitutes a material breach of this Terms. Your license will be voided immediately, and you will be permanently banned from purchasing or using any Sysreset product in the future. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact us through Discord before contacting your payment provider.

4.6 Circumvention

You may not bypass, disable, or interfere with any authentication, HWID binding, anti-tamper, or license-verification mechanism of the Software.

4.7 Malicious use

You may not use the Software to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system or network you are not authorized to access.

5. Payment and Refunds

All prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider (SellHub). By purchasing, you authorize the charge and agree to the payment provider's terms.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any license purchase, regardless of whether the key has been activated. Once purchased, a license is yours and no refund, partial or full, will be issued.

Attempting to circumvent this policy through a chargeback or payment dispute is treated under Section 4.5.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, filed a chargeback, or otherwise misused the Services. Termination for breach is not grounds for a refund.

Bans issued for a material breach apply across all Sysreset products, present and future, and may be enforced against your HWID, IP, Discord account, and any related identifiers.

A license expires automatically when its duration lapses. On expiry, associated privileges (including Discord roles granted via license verification) may be revoked.

7. Availability and Modifications

The Software is provided on an ongoing basis but is subject to the realities of the games and platforms it runs alongside. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice, including to respond to game updates, anti-cheat changes, or security incidents.

Temporary downtime for maintenance, patch response, or detection remediation does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

8. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that using automation, modification, or enhancement software in online games may violate the terms of service of those games, and may result in bans, sanctions, or other penalties imposed by the game publisher. You use the Software entirely at your own risk. Sysreset is not responsible for any action taken by any game publisher, platform, or anti-cheat provider against your account.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SYSRESET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SYSRESET, ITS OPERATORS, OR ANY AFFILIATED PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SYSRESET IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (e.g. mandatory consumer protections under EU law).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted at sysreset.xyz/terms. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the Software.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where local mandatory law affords stronger consumer rights, those rights are preserved.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
